Part two of our dual release with Alvarado St brewery is the other end of the drinking spectrum to the first. Pushing the boat out with a freshly harvested special selection of Eggers hops that we decided upon during hop selection. We have fused these with some Nelson sauvin and citra for classic back up rockstar hops and a kiss of our new favourite HBC 586. At over 8% the medium is big rich and pillowy to deliver this triple dry hop load.
Swanning Around is a mash-up of Queenstown's finest brewers and industry deities from Monterey, California: Alvarado Street Brewery. Who truly need no introduction if you're in the scene!
