Hand Bottled Limited Edition
Inoculated rather than spontaneously fermented, then racked off onto Central Otago cherries for a secondary ferment in stainless. Dusky red with a fast-dissipating head, the aromas are funky-sweet, with oak, tobacco, and fruit. Tart but not sour, with a full cherry flavour and a pleasant lingering woody finish.
