Collaborating with international yeast laboratoire, Lallemand, is a bucket list tick. We've gone extra funky and messed around with sequential pitching of multiple strains of yeast to create a tart golden saison flavoured with pressed Gewurztraminer skins and rosewater. The clear gold pour presents mad complex floral aromas with a grapey fruitiness and some mild spicy fermentation aromas unique to the style. A dry and crisply refreshing palate is balanced with spritzy carbonation and a long tart finish.
